Evaluation and Investment (E&I) panels.
The E&I process is carried out from early February to mid-May by the United Way of Lake County. This is done to determine how to distribute funding to agencies in Lake County.
The panels meet once a week during this period, reviewing program funding request, visiting agencies, and measuring the program impact in Lake County. The panels then rate the programs in their panel to determine funding amounts.
Panel members are asked to attend the majority of meetings so they have enough information about each program to make funding decisions. Meetings last about one hour, and the meeting schedules are below.
Basic Needs 7:30am Tuesday
Children & Families 5:00pm Tuesday
Health Counseling 7:00am Thursday every other week
Health Services 5:00pm Wednesday
Seniors 5:00pm Monday
